Ouf! Raisin bien présent, superbement associé au Funk avec ses notes animales. L'équilibre est top. L'acidité est bien dosée, et la finale légèrement tannique et astringente grâce au fût. Terrible. J'en veux encore !

Le raisin est là, les tanins présents mais sans trop, une belle longueur, du funk sans débordements, bonne boisson.

Chyba czas nie bardzo służy. Zwiększyla się cierpkość, sporo czerwonych winogron w smaku i aromacie, lekka dzikość, ale nadal sztosik.

4.2 Dużo drewna (beczka), delikatnie piwniczne, owoce leśne, skórka cytrusów, skóra, ocet. Zdecydowanie zbyt cierpkie, troszkę za mało kwaśne.

Sour and tart, fruity, earthy. Red grapes, blackberries, funk, topsoil. Very vinous, surprisingly soft. Delicious.

Hyper doux et léger. Au nez le champignon prédomine un peu trop. En bouche c'est bien frais et le sucre résiduel est bien structuré. Ça se boit tout seul

Seulement la 3e fois que j'en bois! Certainement une des meilleures bières au monde. L'équilibre parfait entre l'acidité, le funk et le fruit.

Wowoweewow. Nez de champignons d’une cave de Belgique, mais maudit que c’est bon en bouche. Juste assez de sucre et de tannins, la bière au vin parfaite.

First one of these for me. Gotta say...best Lambic I've ever had. Not overly tart. Just enough. Same with the funk. Grapes and vine throughout. Cheers and thanks to my friends at Coaltrain for hooking me up!

Excellent, I’ve had this a guy a bunch of times but never had a bottle, really nice to drink through. Lots of fruit and a real nice cheesy funk. Tastier with each glass

Last night…Sent out the Compound with a proper tasting. Love this beer, but another loon that was slightly lacking compared to good batches of St Lam. Some rubber, vegetals, grape juice, mineral, rhubarb, and House funk. Not very jammy. Better as it sat

Nos to drewno gra pierwsze skrzypce. Smak to poezja...drewno taniny skóra nuty winne uzupełniają tylko, fajna charakterna dzikość i całkiem to wszytko zbalansowane.
