Super nez bien funky avec des notes fût, attaque raisin blanc très marquée, c'est super bon. En finale c'est plus light, très gros potential a vieillir. Merci david t.

Zapach winne, pestkowe, derka, cytrusy, średnio intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaśne, cierpkie, pestkowe, winne, fajne, pijalne.

Znów ocet, niestety tutaj mocniej. Gronowe, trochę takie serkowe. Dosyć mocny ten smak, szczególnie owoce i subtelne sianko przyjemnie wychodzą. Mimo octu to to mi zdecydowanie bardziej podeszło.

Une odeur étrange, des vapeurs de plastic dominent un peu. En bouche c’est puissant avec un raisin bien expressif de beaux tanin et beaucoup de relief. C’est intéressant

Zwanze Day @ Hoppy Pub: Tasted twice. White grapes, lemon on the nose. Mineral, funk in the taste except white grapes, tart enough, citrusy dry finish. Not a fan of white wines, but this was perhaps the most acceptable for my taste.

Zwanze Day Thessaloniki. Had it twice. White wine, citrus, funk with balanced and rounded mouthfeel. Dry aftertaste. I preferred it more than Drogone, Racine and Vin Santo. I'm not into wines though. ⬆️ 4.35

Still not much to say about it, for my taste one of the best expression of a grape lambic: elegant, gently sour with a nice touch of minerality.

LCI. Super light. Kind of funky, vinous for sure, and beautiful carbonation. Drinks almost like champagne.

4.3. Zeer lekker maar niet perse heel complex. Gezien de rijping op amforen is dit wss de bedoeling. Maar hoe dan ook zeer smooth!

Oeh leuke keuze zeg! Strogeel uitzicht met vrij grove bellen op kraag die snel inzakte. Funky aroma met florale en aardse tonen. Leuk, complex aroma om te analyseren en leuke achtergrond gefermenteerde, witte druiven uit kruiken vandaar het aardse?

Can't make a trip to Brussels these days without a trip here! Prices seem to have crept up a fair bit since the last couple of visits, gone are the days of €15 bottles. €25+ now. Definite dry white wine vibes from this one.
